The employees were polite all the time. Spotlessly clean room with breakfast included, everything was good.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with standard fare with freshly prepared eggs and freshly prepared eggs, and the restaurant's offer was good. The hotel's location was decent and excellent to anywhere except the airport.

The setting was pretty bad.

The location was great for walking around a unique hands-on museum. Besides, it was just off mall, restaurant and the Big “ C ” shopping centre, Best supermarket and Tesco Lotus store.

Our room was not only comfy, but also brand-new with hot water in the tap, coffee making facilities plus great value for money. The service here was very good.

A nice size and functional rooms on the higher floors, food local. Peaceful and decent spot right by the restaurants & shops, Beach Road and Second Road and very cheap.

The restaurant was good with delicious food here, I had fresh dishes. It had a clean bathroom and climate control and a kettle.

The location is quiet and decent for exploring Pattaya. It is nestled in a super area very close to the beach, the restaurants & shops in Big C and all the bars nearby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully maintained rooms, plus the staff was attentive. The room was kept very clean and available with the internet to be strong and coffee making facilities. The pool bar was a delightful surprise.

The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and just a walking distance from Teddy Bear Museum. The food we had was fairly priced and good. The very good service and the attention to detail!

The location was absolutely perfect, within a close distance from a unique hands-on museum. In short, the room was fine, really big bed, huge bathroom.

The hotel offered excellent food at a reasonable price, and the three pool areas were fantastic for swimming and relaxing. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the town. the staff were always helpful and friendly, answering any questions I had and providing quick assistance.

The rooms were a little tired and could use some renovations. The outdated air conditioning units were noisy and not very effective.
